How You Will Create the Extraordinary Responsible for the preparation of food items and specialty dishes as designated by pre planned menus. Assures that presentation is timely and meets quality standards. Communicates to management the need for supplies and equipment. Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and ensures proper sanitation procedures are followed. Assures quality production levels are maintained. Assists in the control of food and labor costs by eliminating waste and over production. Receives food orders and prepares according to desired request. What You Will Need High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in different areas of kitchen preparation. Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job.
