This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. Multiple shifts, competitive pay, and incredible incentives await!What’s in It for YOU?Up to $18.50/hour starting pay$1,000 Sign-On Bonus just for joining the team!Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employmentEmployee of the Month awards (Based on performance)!Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for deliveryInbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locationsLoading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficientlyEquipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every stepTeam Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow successClean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocolsFlexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needsDo you have what it takes to succeed at KAO?Are you 18 years of age or older?Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?Do you have forklift operator experience?
