About Our Client

A well‑established, employee‑owned General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing commercial construction team. The firm delivers technically complex projects across multiple commercial sectors and is known for long‑term client relationships, disciplined project execution, and strong internal tenure.

Job Description

• Lead construction projects through all phases, from preconstruction planning to close‑out
• Maintain control of project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasting
• Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, and contract administration
• Coordinate day‑to‑day execution with Superintendents and field teams
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reporting
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards

The Successful Applicant

• Experience as a Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor
• Background in ground‑up commercial and/or complex interior projects
• Strong understanding of construction means, sequencing, and cost controls
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Experience with industry project management tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• Clear communicator with a practical, delivery‑focused mindset
