Kelly is seeking a dedicated Plant Laborer  to support our client's production team. This is your chance to be a key player in maintaining efficient operations, product quality, and a safe environment! Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
• Hours: 36–48 hours per week (overtime as needed)
• Shifts: 8- or 12-hour rotating shifts (days, afternoons, nights, weekends)
• Flexibility required: Overtime or short-notice changes may occur based on business needs

What You Bring

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: Previous light manufacturing preferred
• Skills:
  • Computer basics and mechanical aptitude
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with OSHA, environmental, and ISO regulations
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and independently
• Other:
  • Willingness to work overtime or rotating shifts as needed
  • Valid Forklift License preferred (or ability to obtain)

Work Environment

• Hands-on role in a high-energy, dynamic facility (mixing, extrusion, crushing, kilns, mills, etc.)
• Exposure to temperature changes, dust, and industrial equipment
• Physical requirements: Lift up to 55 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, stand/walk for extended periods
