• Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid business license and commitment to maintaining full compliance with all local regulations and licensing requirements

• Direct experience in the gaming, arcade, or entertainment industry
• Background in retail, hospitality, or venue management
• Technical knowledge of arcade game mechanics, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Marketing expertise and proficiency with social media and digital promotion strategies
• Event planning and community engagement experience
• Point-of-sale (POS) system management and business analytics experience
