We are currently looking for an Experienced Otolaryngologist in the Naperville/Glen Ellyn area who is passionate about enhancing health and improving care for our patients. This role involves working with a care team to explore innovative solutions that advance healthcare.

• Focus on general otolaryngology in Naperville/Glen Ellyn.
• Only experienced physicians will be considered.
• Join a team of 17 otolaryngologists and 7 physician assistants.
• Work schedule is Monday to Friday, with one day per week dedicated to the operating room initially.
• On-call rotation is 1:15.
• On-call responsibilities will be at Edward Hospital and Central DuPage Hospital.

• Attractive total compensation package ranging from $475,000 to $650,000, including opportunities for financial bonuses, CME funding, and a shareholder track for equity eligibility.

• The expected base salary for this role ranges from $450,000 to $500,000, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may qualify for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, a catalyst training stipend, and a relocation bonus, leading to a total target cash compensation between $475,000 and $650,000.
