Advantage Technical is hiring an HR Coordinator for a leading manufacturing company in Newington, NH. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role with heavy emphasis on hourly recruiting through Paycom - ideal for someone who thrives in a service-oriented HR environment and can hit the ground running.

What You'll Do (Job Duties)

Support full-cycle hourly recruitment using Paycom, including requisition generation and staffing reports

Provide face-to-face HR support to employees on policies, procedures, and general inquiries

Process new hire paperwork including pre-employment screening, E-Verify, and I-9 documentation

Assist with onboarding and new employee training

Enter and maintain data in HRIS; process invoices and manage filing

Support HR projects and create/update spreadsheets as needed

What You Bring (Skills and Requirements)

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel proficiency
• Prior experience in HR support or coordination in a service environment
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• High degree of discretion - this role handles confidential information daily
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; knowledge of employment law a plus
