Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying student needs, participating in multidisciplinary collaboration, and guiding intervention planning to foster safe and inclusive learning environments.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility in South Carolina
• Experience with psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting assessment data
• Solid understanding of IDEA, Section 504, and relevant state regulations
• Strong consultation and counseling skills in a school setting
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Prior involvement with IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychological and consultative services to students, families, and staff
• Conduct, score, and interpret psychoeducational assessments, ensuring accurate, actionable recommendations
• Develop intervention plans and support strategies for students with identified needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure compliance with federal and state education standards
• Offer crisis intervention and behavioral support as required
• Track student progress and monitor the effectiveness of implemented interventions
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in accordance with school policies
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and support teams to promote student-centered planning
