Real Estate Agent (Licensed) – Somerville, MA | High-Growth Market | Up to 90% Commission | No Cap.

HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Somerville and surrounding areas.

Job Type:

Full-time / Part-time.
Commission-based.

Responsibilities:

Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
Market and list properties in a competitive environment.
Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
Stay current on Somerville and Greater Boston market trends.

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts Real Estate License ( required ).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently.
Interest in working in a fast-growing, evolving market.
New and experienced agents welcome.

Compensation:

Up to 90% commission split.
No commission cap.
No franchise fees.
