Marketing Manager

About the Role eCommission has been the largest commission advance provider in residential real estate for more than 25 years, and we're investing heavily in technology and new products to expand what we deliver to agents and brokers. Our growth means more campaigns, more partner programs, more events, and more content than ever, all moving at once. The Marketing Manager is the person who keeps all of it on track. You are a generalist with a project manager’s discipline: you define what needs to be made, write the brief, create a lot of it yourself, coordinate the rest, and deliver it on time at a quality level we are proud to put in front of agents, brokers, and partners. One week that means writing social posts and a campaign brief. The next it means shipping co-marketing deliverables to a franchise partner and running logistics for an industry event. You do not wait to be told what is missing. You find it, flag it, and fix it. Core Responsibilities Project Management Own the marketing calendar and the delivery plan for every active campaign, launch, and partner commitment: tasks defined, owners assigned, dates set, dependencies visible. Run the operating rhythm: status updates, kickoff meetings, and reviews, so nothing surprises us the week something is due. Chase down the moving pieces across creative, content, web, paid media, and outside vendors, and hold everyone, including leadership, to their deadlines. Protect quality: proof, fact-check, and brand-check every deliverable before it ships. Campaign Management Write campaign briefs that define the audience, message, offer, channels, deliverables, timeline, and success measures before work begins. Run campaigns end to end across email, social, paid, web, and events, coordinating each channel owner against the brief. Define ad testing plans: what we are testing, the variants, the budget split, how long it runs, and what decides a winner. Report on results after each campaign with what worked, what did not, and what we change next time. Social Media Program Own the social media program: channel strategy, content calendar, publishing, and community engagement. Write and schedule posts that speak to agents and brokers in our brand voice, and coordinate design support for visuals. Track engagement and follower growth, and adjust the content mix based on what performs. Partner Marketing Own the deliverables for partner and co-marketing campaigns with brands, franchises, associations, and technology partners. Manage each partner’s requirements, brand rules, review cycles, and deadlines, and be the reliable point of contact partners want to work with. Coordinate internal teams to produce partner assets on time: emails, social, landing pages, print, and event materials. Events and Webinars Plan and run physical events end to end: venue and vendor coordination, materials, shipping, staffing, invites, and on-site logistics. Produce webinars from planning through follow-up: topic, speakers, promotion, registration, dry runs, hosting, and post-event lead handoff. Measure event and webinar results against their cost so we know which ones earn their place next year. Additional Responsibilities Email marketing support: build and schedule sends in our marketing platform as campaigns require. Vendor and freelancer coordination: brief and manage designers, printers, promo suppliers, and agencies.
