The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) administers and provides anesthesia‑related care to patients before, during, and after surgery. The CRNA works with various medical practitioners such as surgeons, anesthesiologists, doctors, dentists, and podiatrists, and serves as a liaison between patients of all ages and their primary care provider.
