Recruiter

LHH is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for hourly roles within a warehouse and manufacturing environment. This position will manage full-cycle recruiting and partner closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions, including material handlers and mechanics
  
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the hiring process from intake through offer
  
• Schedule interviews and partner with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and decision-making
  
• Extend verbal offers and collaborate with HR on formal offer letter preparation
  
• Track candidate activity and hiring progress within the HRIS/ATS system
  
• Support new hire onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience
  
• Partner with temporary staffing agencies to support contractor hiring needs
  
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
  
• Assist with ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as needed, including filing, organizing, and employee engagement initiatives
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, warehouse, or high-volume environments
  
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  
• Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities
  

Pay/Benefits

• Pay: $26/hr - $33/hr depending on experience

Pay Details: $26.00 to $33.00 per hour
