This is a rare opportunity to join the business during a critical carve out phase as it transitions from a global shared services structure into a standalone PE backed organisation with full ownership across technology, infrastructure, enterprise systems and digital capabilit

y.
Initially, the role will operate within the existing structure during the separation and transition phase. Following completion of the carve out, expected within approximately six months, the successful individual will transition into the newly formed standalone business and play a key role in helping scale and modernise the operation for its next phase of growth. The role can be based within the Greater Los Angeles area (home working/remote) with travel required to the operational site approximately two days per week (High Desert regio

n).

The expected salary range for this position is $170,560 to $234,520 plus 20% bonus alongside strong healthcare, retirement and employee share programme benefits / your travel and overnight stay (if required) for the two days onsite will also be c
