Assistant Softball Coach

Job Description Binghamton University, a NCAA Division I institution, is seeking an Assistant Softball Coach to assist in all aspects of the softball program under the direction of the head coach. Responsibilities include instruction, conducting practice and teaching skill development, game planning, film review, recruiting, budgeting, team travel, scheduling, and serving as an academic advising liaison. Pitching coach preferred. Responsibilities Instruction and coaching of student-athletes across all skill areas. Conduct and oversee practice sessions, including skill development drills. Assist in game planning and strategy formulation. Analyze game footage and provide feedback to athletes and coaching staff. Recruit prospective student-athletes and support the recruiting process. Assist with budget management and financial oversight of the program. Coordinate team travel logistics and scheduling of practices and games. Act as an academic advising liaison for student-athletes. Requirements Bachelor's degree (or higher). Preferred Qualifications Master's degree. Minimum of one year of experience at the Division I intercollegiate athletics level.
