Machine Operator – Aurora, OH

Pay: $18.00–$19.50/hr Shifts: Various (multiple openings)

• Machine Operation — Operate plastic injection‑molding machines safely and efficiently

• Quality Inspection — Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and visual inspection tools to verify part quality

• Production Support — Trim, pack, label, and prepare finished parts

• Documentation — Record production counts, inspection results, and machine notes

• Team Collaboration — Work closely with leads and supervisors to maintain workflow and meet production goals

• Growth Mindset — You want to learn new skills and advance

• Reliability — Strong attendance and consistency

• Hands‑On Experience — Prior machine operation helpful but not required

• Quality Focus — Comfortable using basic inspection tools
