Job Title: Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake,DBT & DataStage) Remote W2 only We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in Snowflake, AWS, DataStage, and dbt/ELT tools to build and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions and data pipelines. Pointers:
- Snowflake Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake development
- ETL Extensive experience with ETL development using IBM DataStage.
- ELT Hands-on experience with dbt (Data Build Tool) for ELT pipeline development.
- Migration Experience Proven experience in Snowflake to DataStage migration projects.
- SQL Strong expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Data Warehouse Solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schema, and data integration.
- Experience in building and supporting scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using DataStage, Snowflake, and dbt.
- Build and optimize cloud-based data solutions on AWS.
- Develop complex SQL queries and data transformations.
- Implement data warehouse and Data Vault modeling solutions.
- Ensure data quality, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business data requirements.
