• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• In-home and in-school supervision, if applicable (4:30-6:30pm)

You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work

• BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing
• Clinical Directors have a MAX caseload of 9 full-time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week).
• Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
• You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training

Supported, Not Micromanaged

• Owners are not involved in clinical decisions
• provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training from the Franchising Team
• We have a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. We give BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.
• All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
