Business Development Manager

Business Development Specialist Location: Baltimore, MD 21231 (Point Street) Duration: 12 Months (Contract) Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Pay Rate: $38/hr Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Development Specialist to support pricing, contracting, and customer data management activities within a dynamic energy-focused environment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data handling, support sales operations, and maintain compliance with utility requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, communicates effectively, and demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Coordinate pricing and contracting activities in support of the sales team Maintain and update customer data with a high degree of accuracy Ensure compliance with utility requirements and internal processes Provide technical and operational support to internal stakeholders Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone Support CRM data management and reporting efforts Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Required Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with PayClearly (required) Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Preferred Qualifications Experience in the energy or utilities industry Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required) Experience supporting sales, pricing, or contracting functions Work Environment Full-time role based in Providence, RI Collaborative, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment Additional Information Background check and drug screening required upon offer No travel or overtime expected Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
