From managing feedstock flexibility to meeting regulatory requirements to maximizing operating efficiency, all while minimizing safety risks and staying competitive. We provide an integrated suite of high-performance equipment, chemicals, real-time data and services to increase profitability and extend asset life. Partner with the best As a Green Field project team member, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth and success in the FPSO market. By leveraging their expertise and relationships, we will be able to differentiate ourselves from competitors through technical excellence and commercial acumen and build strong relationships with major global oil producers, securing repeat business and referrals. This will allow us to increase our market share in the FPSO sector, driving revenue and profitability growth and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects, enhancing our reputation and credibility. - Collaborate and lead greenfield projects in the western hemisphere, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with major global oil producers (e.g., ExxonMobil, Shell, Total, ENI, Petrobras)
- Provide technical and commercial expertise to influence project design and specification
- Ensure our products and services are preferred for project execution, leveraging lifetime project value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Have bachelor's degree in Chemist from an accredited university or college.
- Have minimum of 10 years of Upstream Chemicals Offshore experience
- Previous experience in a sales, commercial or business development role is highly desirable.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
