Title: Salesforce Solution Architect - Multi-Cloud (Contract)

The Opportunity
A senior, hands-on architecture seat on an enterprise transformation program. You'll own target-state design spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and set the standards that govern data, integration, security, and platform hygiene across the estate. Salesforce Data Cloud background carries real weight here.

What You Bring

Must-Have

• 8+ years in a Salesforce Architect, Lead Consultant, or comparable senior platform role
• Track record shipping enterprise-scale programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Hands-on depth in Marketing Cloud Connect, AMPscript, Journey Builder, SQL Queries, and Data Extensions
• Platform command of Apex, LWC, Advanced Flow, SOQL / SOSL, and enterprise integration patterns
• Working fluency in Salesforce security, scalability, and integration architecture
• Able to operate solo - own delivery milestones without day-to-day oversight
• Comfort presenting architecture options to executive audiences and steering technical calls across cross-functional teams
• Translates dense technical material into language business stakeholders can act on

• Live project exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud
• Practical work in Data Cloud implementation, data modeling, ingestion, identity resolution, and activation
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect

What You'll Do

Architecture Across Clouds

• Draft and document the target-state blueprint spanning Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud
• Build toward a single, unified 360-degree view of the customer
• Lay out cross-cloud integration strategy that scales past the first release

Data & Journey Flow

• Architect the Lead-to-Opportunity lifecycle end to end
• Engineer high-volume pipelines moving data between Marketing Cloud and Core Salesforce
• Operate across Marketing Cloud Connect, Journey Builder, and Data Extensions

Service Cloud Design

• Shape the architecture behind Omni-Channel, Case Management, Service Console, and self-service integrations

Data Cloud (Strong Plus)

• Advise on - or design outright - Salesforce Data Cloud solutions
• Specify ingestion streams and the underlying data models
• Design Identity Resolution, Data Spaces, and real-time activation scenarios
• Prior implementation is preferred, not required

Integration & Security

• Set enterprise integration patterns across REST / SOAP APIs, event-driven and Pub-Sub architecture, and middleware / MuleSoft
• Design identity and access management with SSO and OAuth

Governance

• Establish development and automation standards for Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flow
• Run architecture and code reviews
• Keep designs aligned to Large Data Volume (LDV) requirements and Salesforce governor limits
