Title: EDI Team Manager

Location: North Canton, OH – 3 days onsite, 2 remote

Salary: $110,000 – 140,000

Qualifications

4+ years of EDI experience.
Strong knowledge of B2B EDI concepts, transaction sets, business processes, and integration tools.
Experience implementing and supporting B2B EDI solutions.
Hands-on experience with EDI transaction sets, preferably 204, 990, 214, 210, and 997.
Experience integrating structured data formats such as XML, CSV, and similar formats.
Familiarity with integration protocols including FTP, SFTP, and related technologies.
Strong project management and leadership skills with a track record of delivering complex integration initiatives.
Experience leveraging AI and Generative AI technologies to improve integration solutions is preferred.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience leading technical teams.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to mentor team members and foster a high-performance culture.
Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced EDI Team Manager to lead a team responsible for delivering enterprise-level EDI and customer integration solutions. This role combines technical leadership, project management, and team development to ensure successful integration delivery and operational excellence. This role has 10 direct reports.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of EDI and integration professionals.
Manage integration projects, including requirements gathering, estimation, planning, and delivery.
Provide technical guidance on EDI, system integrations, and related technologies.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and escalations.
Ensure adherence to development standards, processes, and best practices.
Partner with IT leaders and stakeholders to deliver high-quality integration solutions.
Conduct performance reviews and support hiring and team growth initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and customer integrations.
