Coastal Horizons Center in North Carolina seeks a TASC Care Manager to support justice-involved individuals within the TASC program. You will administer psychosocial screenings and coordinate connections to behavioral health treatment, medical, educational, and vocational services for clients across Hertford, Northampton, and Gates counties (Ahoskie, NC). Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or higher in a human services field, NC Peer Support Specialist certification preferred, plus two #J-18808-Ljbffr Coastal Horizons
