Lead Mental Health Clinician - Crisis & Supervisor

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Mental Health Professional to deliver outpatient mental health services, from assessment to aftercare planning, within a correctional setting. This role reports to a Psychologist and guides junior staff. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with security and medical teams while maintaining compliant documentation and crisis response.
