Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ED)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and provide direct nursing care to patients in a Level III Trauma Emergency Department
• Deliver care within a 13-bed ED equipped with 2 dedicated Trauma bays
• Assess, monitor, and respond to patients presenting with emergency and trauma-related conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license in good standing, or ability to obtain
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Current TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in an Emergency Department setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level III Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with high-acuity trauma and emergency patient populations
