Summary The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador responsible for delivering best-in-class service and achieving individual and store sales objectives. This role builds lasting client relationships both in-store and remotely through personalized engagement, expert product knowledge, and elevated luxury service. The advisor promotes virtual appointments and distance sales while supporting store operations and visual standards. Responsibilities Proactively engage and build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty. Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences using storytelling and expert product knowledge. Drive individual and collective sales results using cross-selling and upselling techniques. Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to expand selling opportunities. Accurately process POS transactions and capture client information to maintain the One-Gucci-Client perspective. Support store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, visual standards, and loss prevention procedures. Maintain grooming and presentation standards in line with company policies. Requirements 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a strong track record of results. Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and exceed sales targets. Deep knowledge of fashion and luxury with excellent commercial awareness. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
