What You'll Do:

As a Clinician, Lic/Unlic delivers outcome-driven, evidence-based psychotherapy, social-emotional skills training, and clinical support to individuals seeking assessment and/or meeting outpatient CBHC criteria. Services are provided across diverse settings and modalities to meet individual needs and operational demands. Clinicians A's are active team members who remain updated on protocol and best practices, facilitate access to care, maintain clinical records, facilitate referrals, and pursue ongoing professional growth.

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Provide short-term, solution-focused individual, family, and/or group clinical intervention as assigned and appropriate, in collaboration with assigned Navigator and other care team members.
• Support individuals served to make measurable changes on documented assessed needs, as measured by standardized assessment and outcome tools.
• Coordinates and consults regularly and as needed with other care team members of assigned individuals served. Involves all pertinent family members, guardians, and/or residential providers in treatment, as appropriate. Collaborates with additional providers as needed.
• Provides comprehensive risk/safety evaluations and takes appropriate actions to keep assigned individuals, and others, safe.
• Attends scheduled meetings, supervision, reviews designated materials and completes assigned training needed to do the job effectively.

Who You Are:

• Master's Degree in a license-eligible behavioral health field required
• Licensed or actively working toward licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent preferred)
• Experience or strong interest in working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations in a culturally responsive and empathetic manner
• Comfortable with electronic health records and technology platforms
• Committed to ongoing learning, professional growth, and high-quality care

Pay: $57,491 - $74,000 (Depending on licensure)

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 12pm- 8pm with expectation of working until 8pm some days and flexible with some weekends (40 hours a week)
