Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and personal care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
Contribute to a positive and respectful environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and respect among staff, residents, and families
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and resident satisfaction
Collaborate with other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Wisconsin
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
