Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional education in Business, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service, inside sales, or order entry experience
• Experience in a B2B manufacturing, industrial, distribution, HVAC, plumbing, automation, or related environment preferred
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
• Experience with ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong data entry, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent phone, email, and customer communication abilities

Job Duties

• Enter, process, and confirm customer purchase orders and stock requests
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat in both English and Spanish
• Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and technical inquiries
• Support sales and customer service activities for valves, actuators, and related products
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel and international teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Track shipments and resolve delivery concerns
• Process Returns Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and warranty claims
• Maintain accurate customer records within ERP and CRM systems
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Communicate technical information clearly to customers of varying backgrounds
