Research Associate I/II, Preclinical Research (Contract)

Lexeo Therapeutics seeks a Research Associate to support its iPSC-derived cardiomyocyte platform, executing cellular and molecular assays while contributing to assay development. The role involves generating high-quality data for drug discovery programs focused on genetic heart disease.
Responsibilities
- Execute cellular and molecular assays on iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes
- Generate and analyze high-quality experimental data
- Contribute to development and optimization of assay methods
- Support evaluation of target engagement and mechanism of action studies
- Maintain laboratory records and communicate findings to research team
Requirements
- Experience with cell culture and/or molecular biology techniques
- Proficiency in executing established laboratory assays and protocols
- Ability to maintain detailed laboratory records and data documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related life science field
