We prioritize excellence, integrity, and a supportive workplace where you can grow and make an impact.Your Responsibilities:As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll work closely with the Property Manager to oversee daily operations and support residents, vendors, and your fellow team members. In the Property Manager's absence, you'll take the lead in ensuring the property runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include assisting with administrative tasks, supporting resident relations, processing rent payments and deposits, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with vendors and contractors, assisting with leasing and renewals, and ensuring compliance with community policies and company procedures.
