Position: Pre-Litigation Paralegal

Cordisco and Saile is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, A+ Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic personal injury team located in Feasterville-Trevose, PA. As a key member of our firm, a successful candidate will immediately become a crucial role in supporting attorneys throughout all stages of pre-litigation, throughout the duration of all assigned matters through intake or transfer to the litigation team or settlement.

Responsibilities:

Matter Management

• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to gather all relevant information.
• Assist in case evaluation and strategy development.
• Collect and organize medical records, police reports, and other case-related documents.
• Draft demand letters and other legal correspondence
• Maintain case files and databases.

Administrative Support

• Perform general administrative tasks, such as assisting with incoming phone calls, scheduling and maintaining calendars, and assisting team members if needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Familiarity with medical and injury claim terminology preferred
• Proficient in the use of legal case management software (Litify a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
