Responsibilities

• Independently set up and operate CNC Vertical Machining Centers
• Read and interpret blueprints and job travelers
• Perform first article and in-process inspections
• Make tooling and offset adjustments during production
• Maintain quality and dimensional tolerances
• Follow production schedules and communicate issues proactively
• Track setup and run times accurately in the system
• Maintain organized work area and tooling

Successful candidates will:

• Run jobs independently from setup through completion
• Maintain quality with minimal scrap or rework
• Meet production schedules and setup expectations
• Contribute positively to shop workflow and culture
