Responsibilities
- Independently set up and operate CNC Vertical Machining Centers
- Read and interpret blueprints and job travelers
- Perform first article and in-process inspections
- Make tooling and offset adjustments during production
- Maintain quality and dimensional tolerances
- Follow production schedules and communicate issues proactively
- Track setup and run times accurately in the system
- Maintain organized work area and tooling
Successful candidates will:
- Run jobs independently from setup through completion
- Maintain quality with minimal scrap or rework
- Meet production schedules and setup expectations
- Contribute positively to shop workflow and culture
We are looking for machinists who:
- Take ownership of their work
- Show up consistently and on time
- Can think through setups and machining challenges

We are looking for an experienced second shift Setup Machinist for our Mill department to join our team.
