Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, valid SLP license for North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with school-aged children, especially at the elementary level, is preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and carry out individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in your caseload
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions designed for elementary-aged children
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student success
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and legally compliant documentation
• Participate in team meetings and engage in ongoing professional development
