Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Welder Qualifications:Previous aluminum MIG welding experience is required.Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools accurately.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
