About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Jewelry Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury jewelry, enjoys building relationships with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Jewelry Sales Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist clients in selecting fine jewelry, and help create a memorable shopping experience while meeting individual and store sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Assist customers with selecting jewelry, explaining product features, materials, and care instructions.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through outstanding customer service and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom.
- Assist with inventory counts, merchandising, and restocking displays.
- Stay informed about current collections, promotions, and industry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and concerns professionally.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding security, cash handling, and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience required; jewelry or luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
