• Offering 825K salary
• Joining 3 MDs and 3 APP practice
• Doing CABG, Valve, Combo, Thoracic, TAVR, and others
• Call 1:3 / 80% Outpatient / 20 % inpatient
• Offering 150-200K for student loans
