• Mon - Thu 8 am - 5 pm, Fri 8 am - noon; 3 weeks/month
• Min 10 call shifts/month -- 1:3 rotation; 2 weekends/month
• 10 - 16 patients per day -- OB/GYN mix
• 2 - 3 inpatient cases per day plus ED consults
• Physician is first call -- APPs not on call
• OB/GYN core procedures required; surgeries optional
• Traditional OB/GYN -- clinic and inpatient coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
