Physical Therapist / Outpatient Rehabilitation

A growing outpatient rehabilitation organization in North Central Florida is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its clinical team.

This is a permanent outpatient opportunity offering a $75,000 to $90,000 base salary , plus a productivity-based incentive program that allows clinicians to earn up to an additional $32,000 annually . Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatment for a variety of musculoskeletal, post-surgical, neurological, and mobility-related conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, rehabilitation goals, and injury prevention.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation and healthcare team.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Participate in ongoing clinical education and professional development.

Schedule

• Full-time, permanent position
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Clinics typically operate Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-care skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an outpatient rehabilitation team.
