Grace Reliant is growing—and we're looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you'll help support a positive, mission-driven workplace while ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

We are dedicated to helping individuals live more complete and independent lives by providing care, support, and mentorship to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This is a Monday through Friday, in-office position.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests that come into the building and answer phone calls.
• Support recruitment by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring processes
• Guide new hires through onboarding, including communication and paperwork via BambooHR
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and compliance documentation
• Assist with training assignments, employee development, and tracking progress
• Help manage benefits tracking, promotions, and employee recognition
• Provide general administrative support and assist with HR policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma required; degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior HR or administrative experience preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS (BambooHR) experience a plus
• Valid driver's license
