This role reports to the VP of Learning Development and partners closely with HR, Risk Compliance, functional leaders, and club teams to ensure learning is accessible, measurable, and aligned to business priorities./ppWhat Youll Do/ppOracle LMS Administration Ownership (70%)/pulliServe as the system owner and subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Learning (Oracle LMS), ensuring platform stability, accuracy, and optimal configuration./liliManage learning initiatives, assignments, eligibility profiles, autoenrollment rules, and learning catalogs./liliDevelop dashboards and reporting to monitor completion, compliance, and learning effectiveness./liliPartner cross-functionally with HR, Compliance, Operations, and IT to align learning technology with business priorities./liliEstablish governance standards, improve processes, and contribute to the learning technology roadmap and future enhancements./liliOversee user access, security roles, data integrity, and ongoing system maintenance./liliTroubleshoot LMS issues and partner with Oracle Support and HRIS on system defects and enhancements./li/ulpInstructional Design Development (30%)/pulliPartner with business leaders to identify performance gaps and design learning solutions tied to measurable outcomes./liliDesign and develop engaging, learner-centered content across modalities (eLearning, VILT, video, microlearning, job aids, blended solutions) using tools such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, Vyond, and related platforms./liliBuild assessments and application activities to reinforce learning, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve programs based on feedback and data./liliManage project timelines, scope, vendor coordination, and documentation to deliver high-quality, accessible learning experiences./liliPartner with leaders to identify performance gaps and define measurable learning outcomes./liliDesign modern learning in multiple formats (eLearning, VILT, microlearning, video, job aids)./liliDevelop content using Articulate 360, Vyond, Synthesia, Adobe, and related tools./liliBuild assessments and incorporate learner feedback to continuously improve training./li/ulpAbout You/pulliBachelors degree in Human Resources, Learning Development, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or related field./lili47+ years of experience managing an enterprise LMS, preferably Oracle Learning (Oracle HCM Cloud)./liliStrong understanding of compliance training, certification management, and largescale learning deployments./liliExperience partnering with HRIS and external vendors on system configuration and optimization./liliStrong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards./li/ulpWhat We Offer/ppWe believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
