Call Center Representative – Monroe & West Monroe, LA

What You'll Do

Contact homeowners to set qualified appointments for free consultations
Follow provided scripts while adapting to customer needs
Answer inbound calls from prospective customers
Handle questions and address objections professionally
Accurately enter customer information and appointment details
Confirm appointments and follow up as needed
Maintain and update lead information and reports

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls
Previous call center, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred
Basic computer skills and accurate data entry ability
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to follow scripts while thinking independently
