All of our clinical managers have vast experience in delivering school based teletherapy services, and they are available when needed. What You’ll Do Grow and invest in your skills, capabilities, and career, by delivering Speech Language Pathology services to school-based children across the nation, leveraging technology that includes proprietary tools to support and enable clinical care, in an environment that is flexible to your needs. Huddle up with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding Speech Language Pathology services to children in need Develop your skills, career, and expertise within a supportive team-based environment Provide telehealth services to a diverse population of school aged children Work on a flexible schedule designed to meet your needs Able to commit to at least 15 hours per week and up to 40 hours per week Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence, and in North Carolina in good standing Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency Full-time resident of the United States School experience or experience working with school aged pediatric population Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessary Qualifications Active, unrestricted SLP license in North Carolina and any other state of residence Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCCs) Full-time resident of the United States Experience working with school aged pediatric populations Experience providing telehealth services Comfort with technology and daily SOAP note documentation Ability to participate in IEP and team meetings as a case manager or coordinator Possess skills to prepare progress reports and manage Medicaid billing Compensation This is a W2 employment opportunity. The exact compensation band is based on where the provider resides. Compensation for providers living in CA, HI, and NY is $44–$54 an hour; AK, CO, CT, DC, DE, IL, IN, MA, MD, NJ, NM, OH, PA, RI, TX, VA, and WA is $44–$54 an hour; AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, OR, SC, UT, WI, and WY is $44–$49 an hour; AL, ID, LA, ME, MO, MS, ND, NE, SD, TN, VT, and WV is $44–$47 an hour. This position also includes the opportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in a pay period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. Exact hourly rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.
