Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and reliable Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to implement therapy plans, provide direct treatment, and support clients in improving their communication and language skills. Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP Assist with the implementation of individualized treatment plans Document client progress, maintain accurate session notes, and report updates to supervising SLP Prepare therapy materials and assist with administrative/organizational tasks as needed Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support generalization of skills Adhere to professional, ethical, and clinical standards at all times Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology Assisting, Communication Sciences, or related field Current licensure/certification as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (as required by state regulations) Prior experience in speech/language therapy or working with children preferred Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow treatment plans Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping clients succeed What We Offer: Competitive pay: $25 - $30/ hour Flexible scheduling Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and training Monthly mileage and equipment reimbursement Interview Setting: Online Interview How to Apply: (1.)
