Senior BI Data Analyst

Job Summary (List Format) Senior BI Data Analyst
- Deliver data-driven solutions to support strategic business decisions across the organization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and analytical tools
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
- Translate business needs into scalable BI and data solutions to improve efficiency and performance
- Support data integration, reporting automation, and data quality initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing BI solutions
- Promote BI best practices for reporting, analytics, and data governance organization-wide
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and user training for better BI adoption
- Stay current with emerging BI, analytics, and data technologies; recommend improvements
- Mentor and support other analysts through coaching and technical knowledge sharing
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality BI solution delivery
- Ensure effective communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Commit to delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work
- (Preferred) Experience with cloud-based data/analytics, data governance, data modeling, and mentoring junior team members
