Encore Global in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, drive customer service, and mentor a technical team. The role includes managing event tech setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety and security of equipment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer service or hospitality, 3–5 years in AV, with strong problem-solving skills and leadership ability. Valid driver’s license required; DOT rules may apply.
