Position
Pizza Maker / Hospitality Team Member
- 2–4 openings available
- 20–35 hours per week
- Lunch shifts: 11:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Dinner shifts: 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
- Doubles: 11:30 AM-8:00 PM
- Weekend availability is required
- Reliable transportation required
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook handcrafted pizzas while maintaining Society Pie's quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Work both Front of House (guest service, cashier, and expo) and Back of House (pizza making, prep, and kitchen operations).
- Coordinate the expo station to ensure food quality, order accuracy, and timely service.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
- Represent Society Pie with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity every shift.
What We're Looking For
- Previous high-volume restaurant experience
- Previous expo experience strongly preferred
- OLCC pouring license required for working lunch shifts
- Pizza-making experience is a plus
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
- Proven ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient during busy rushes
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual (professional references required)
- Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work with urgency without sacrificing quality
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
