Key Responsibilities

• Develop Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create tailored therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to promote comprehensive and holistic care
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide guidance and knowledge to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic practices to encourage progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure that patients are on the right path

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education or postgraduate certifications welcomed and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
