Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Seaside, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 32 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Home Health Seaside, OR and Surrounding Areas. This position involves providing specialized speech and language therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a home health setting. The role requires an active Oregon license and offers a consistent schedule focusing on patient-centered care. Job Details Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Valid Oregon state license, BCLS certification, minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience, and at least 1 year of relevant experience required. Schedule: 4 days per week, 8-hour days, with a minimum of 32 hours per week. Travel/Transportation: Candidate must have own transportation, as occasional travel within a maximum radius of roughly 60 miles per day is expected. Patient Care: Serve adult and geriatric populations, with up to 6 patient visits per day. Technology and Charting: Charting is primarily done via electronic health records platforms including electronic patient charts and mobile apps. Additional Responsibilities: Conduct bedside swallow evaluations, speech and language assessments, and develop individualized plans of care aligned with clinical guidelines. Additional Information: No on-call requirements; open to first-time travelers; requires flexible scheduling adherence; must comply with facilitys COVID-19 vaccination and Oasis requirements.
