Manager, Learning & Organizational Development (Bilingual Spanish)

Job Description Serve as a trusted OD partner to business, consulting on team effectiveness, leadership and talent needs, and organizational challenges; design and facilitate workshops, offsites, and custom engagements that support business outcomes. Design, develop, and facilitate high-quality learning experiences for intact teams, leadership groups, and enterprise audiences in both English and Spanish. Lead and/or manage internal learning and leadership programs, responsible for development, content creation, program management, and/or delivery Measure learning and program effectiveness, analyze results and stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements that strengthen impact and scalability. Partner across the L&OD team on cross-functional initiatives and identify new opportunities, partnerships, and approaches that expand the team’s impact across the organization. Manage relationships with vendors, facilitators, developers, and consultants for the development and delivery of learning services, as needed. Qualifications: Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering learning, leadership, or professional development programs in fast-paced, complex organizations, including both virtual and in-person experiences. Bilingual English/Spanish required, with demonstrated professional fluency in both written and verbal communication and facilitation. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Organizational Development or a related field strongly preferred. Ability to facilitate workshops and create, adapt, and deliver presentations and learning materials in both business Spanish and English. Skilled facilitator, presenter, and consultant with the ability to translate business needs into practical learning, leadership, talent, and team-effectiveness solutions. Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence without authority across levels, functions, and business units. Self-directed, organized, and action-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and make progress with limited direction. Strong analytical judgment and experience using data and feedback to evaluate effectiveness, improve outcomes, and develop polished, executive-ready deliverables. Comfortable leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, accelerate content development, and enhance L&OD solutions. Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and working knowledge of leadership and organizational assessment tools such as DiSC, 360 assessments, Hogan, MBTI, or similar instruments. Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
