Senior Technical Program Manager

Job TitleLead end-to-end product development lifecycleDrive alignment across hardware, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teamsManage program schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverablesReview and interpret PCBA schematics, layouts, and key electrical considerations (signal integrity, power, EMI/EMC)Lead board bring-up, debugging, and design trade-offs with engineering teamsApply knowledge of Gerber files, PCB fabrication, and DFM/DFA principles to influence design decisionsLead cross-functional reviews and ensure execution through all development gatesDrive prototype, engineering and production builds, cost optimization, and production readinessEnsure seamless IoT integration and certification (Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home, Matter, Wi-Fi, BLE) and communicate program status, risks, and KPIs to stakeholdersEducation/Experience RequirementsBS.
